A value a line chart DRAWS but does not print, MEASURED from its drawing: the
point's height read on the chart's own y axis, rounded to the digit one point of
the drawing supports, written like the chart's numbers. It shows as
≈ + the value; hovering (or tapping) it says it was measured, not
printed. It is never a figure: no id, no box, no citation, no quality tally (the
figure pass masks every template).
Usage (machine-authored by the chart lane, never hand-write these):
<td>{{m|8,4 %}}</td> — inside a chart fence's data table only.
The chart witness (``tools/doc_archive/tracing/chart_witness.py``) reads the chart; the chart lane writes {{m}} into the fence's table (design ``tools/doc_archive/design/line_chart_tables.md``).
